This FANdelier is beautiful.It did not have clear directions, however we searched "install a fandelier" into YouTube and the very first video was a step by step installation of almost the exact chandelier. It was a god send. Once we had clear instructions, it went together quickly and almost seamlessly.Shipping was incredible. We got it in 3 days, and everything was wrapped so smart that we had no cracked pieces.The only problem we encountered was that we were missing several (50) crystals. I reached out to their customer service and Mina immediately got back to me to resolve the issue. Once I told her the number of crystals we were missing, she had them sent out and provided me the tracking info. She stayed in contact with me until they were received and inspected.I've had the fandelier up for just over a month now and I love it. It works exactly as intended and the remote is a great convenience. I love how easily the blades slip in and out. It makes almost zero sound even on the high setting and the crystals make beautiful patterns all over my bedroom.All in all, this was probably my greatest Amazon purchase ever. Definitely buy it!
