The price was excellent. Install happened because I had done this many times before. Terrible directions. Electric hookup was easy once you figured out black is their blue and white was their brown. Slight humming at high speed a little out of balance, I will adjust that. Seems to do a good job moving air.I purchased based on the review and description that proclaimed no wobble. Installer work d on trying to correct for 2 hours. Rather than sending a way to balance the manufacturer sent install instructions. A 24" rod is included, but the cables are not long enough to use. Once we finally got it up, the control remote will not connect and it is getting hot.Basically, 4 hours wasted... there is no contact for the manufacturer, so you cant ask any questions.Do not waste your money. Returning this item!The description says walnut color, even the picture of the advertised fan is different than what I received. This is more of a cherry color. What’s going on here?My husband had some issues with the instructions on installing. He’s installed many fans before. He had to watch a video on how to install it. Once he got it up and running it is gorgeous.Looks great, incredibly quiet, and doesn't wobble in the slightest even at the highest speed. It's a knockoff of the Maverik and it honestly is indistinguishable once you get it up an running. Instalation was a bit rough due to lacking instructions but that really doesn't matter to me in the end. Just go for it!We had the electrician assemble and mount this fan. It is stable, no wobbling, quiet and the remote features are great. Exactly what we were looking for. There was a slight friction noise when we first started the fan but we adjusted the centre of the fan (little know in the bottom middle of unit) and it is now so quiet. I would highly recommend. It is a sharp looking fan.Love this product. This vendors is sweet, kind and very easy to work with when I had a issue with one of my fans.
