Tiles are paper thin and don't hold there shape when cut. I saw better products for the same price while searching this product. The BIGGEST issue I have with this product is the price should better reflect what your buying. pros: installs easy, looks nice if tiles don't require to be cut. If you have penetrations coming trough tiles that you have to cut around, forget it! cons: light weight is played off as a positive. material is paper thin. also if replacing acoustic tiles clean grid weel first. new tiles pick up all the dust from old tiles.If price better reflected product I would have just chalked it up to you get what you pay for. This product looks like the packing material your kids' toys come in and that comes free with the toy.This is the first review I have ever written. I feel bad because this type of review can be damaging to a business, but obviously all they care about is $$$$.
