I installed this light fixture over my dining table and used the bulbs I had on hand and they worked fine. I purchased the vintage bulbs because that was the look I wanted and also they were featured with this light fixture. I was unable to install them because they were too long. I was very disappointed I was unable to use the vintage type bulb. I don’t like the look of the fixture with a shorter, rounder bulb.Have to assemble entire light fixture, then had to bend the sockets to get the lights to stay on. Once they were bent straight they were fine. Takes some finaglingGood looking light, a bit of a pain to put together but worth the effort at the great price.The mount did not match so made install somewhat difficult but looks beautiful installed. Used led soft lights very bright.The light it beautiful and the perfect size for our dinning room. My hubby installed/ assembled by himself with ease. Great value!Somewhat cheaply made, but I suppose that-@ what you get for the low price.Minimal look while still elegant.
